Design Review
Your request will be reviewed, and we may contact you if additional details are needed. -
Payment & Production
Once the custom order has been made, it will be added to a private page for you to review. If you are happy with the custom order, you can make the purchase. -
Handcrafted Just for You
Each pen is carefully assembled and prepared for shipment.
Processing Time
Custom orders typically require 5–7 business days for creation before shipping if we have the supplies on hand. If we don't have the supplies on hand, please allow up to 20 business days.
